Midori Chan Herbal Garden Establishment by Kawada Industries, Japan for Research on Heritage Medicine.Herbal gardens serve as repository of medicinal plants, helps students to identify the medicinal plants and their uses. The students are motivated to take benefit of this garden to identify the species and to understand the morphological characterization of medicinal plants. This well-developed medicinal plant garden provides a strong impetus for herbal drug research and to impart training to the students. It supplies crude raw material and fresh plant specimens essential to carry out herbal drug and natural product-related research by the students .

Dr. Prabakar and his team Brundhadevi R.V, Deepika V, Saiganesh U, and Sworanjali S (IV year-2022-23) have successfully secured a project fund amounting to Rs. 7500, project titled "AI Based Bio-Magnetic Stocking" under Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSTC).
