INTRODUCTION TO SONARIA:

1. SONARIA', The Music Club of Sona was started in January 2001.
2. To bring to the fore the latent skills of the students in the field of music.
3. To import world class training to the learners in various areas of music to ultimately promote Indian and Western Music culture.
4. The music club has Trinity certificate obtained and most experienced music teachers both for the vocal and instrumental music.

EQUIPPED WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART MUSIC INSTRUMENTS:

3. Givson electric and hollow guitars

ABOUT OUR BAND:

1. Our Band Perform all our College Graduation Day Functions and Republic Day.
2.  We Specially welcomed the Guest a Honorable President Mr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam  & Tamilnadu Governor Mr.Rosaiyya in our College Premises.

1. A well Trained Grade Level Instrument Players in Keyboard, Violin, Guitar, Flute, Drums.
2. A fully dedicated & well Trained Singers perform their best all through the events.
3. Our Music team has performed and won Many National Level Inter –College Events Every year.
4. Our Music Team is a only Official ORCHESTRA in our Campus.

SPIC MACAY (Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth)

It seeks to conserve and promote Indian culture and introduce the rich and heterogeneous cultural tapestry to the youth of this country. Through focus on the classical arts, with their legends, rituals, mythology and philosophy, SPIC MACAY seeks to facilitate an awareness of their deeper and subtler meaning and values. Classical Indian music and dance carry with them generations of wisdom dating back to antiquity. We hope that the beauty, grace and wisdom embodied in them will become an integral part of a student's life and inspire them to become a better human being.
