Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.E in Construction Management – Preferable.
Skillset: Strong project planning and coordination skills. Knowledge of construction management, site supervision, and safety regulations. Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities of the Multi-Specialty Hospital & Nursing College Campus project.
Supervise civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
Ensure project completion within approved time, cost, and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules, site documentation, and progress reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Project Duration: 3 Years.
Experience: 8–12 years in hospital, institutional, or large-scale building projects.
