The Swachhata Pakhwada Celebration 2025 was organized with great enthusiasm and active participation. A total of 45 NSS volunteers attended the event, making the program lively and engaging. The celebration aimed to encourage teamwork, creativity, and knowledge sharing among students.
- Essay Writing Competition
The event promoted cleanliness drives in schools, colleges, workplaces, and public spaces. Activities such as essay writing, debates, poster making, rallies, and community participation emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean environment for a healthy nation. Through Swachhata Pakhwada, students and youth were inspired to adopt sustainable practices such as waste segregation, plastic reduction, recycling, and water conservation. The initiative served as a reminder that cleanliness is not just a one-time effort but a continuous habit and shared social responsibility.
- Debate Competition
As part of Swachhata Pakhwada 2025, a debate competition was organized to encourage students to critically analyse the importance of cleanliness and sanitation in nation-building. The event provided a platform for participants to express their views on topics such as “Is cleanliness a personal duty or a collective responsibility?” and “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan – a national movement or a social trend?” Students spoke both for and against the motion, presenting arguments related to government initiatives, citizen participation, fund allocation, long-term sustainability, and challenges in rural and urban areas. The debate showcased diverse perspectives—some participants highlighted the success of the mission, while others pointed out gaps in its implementation and public awareness.
- Poster-Making Competition
As part of Swachhata Pakhwada 2025, a poster-making competition was conducted to spread awareness about cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental protection. Students enthusiastically participated by creating posters in two formats: hand-drawn posters using colors, sketches, and creative artwork, and digital posters designed on mobile phones using graphic tools. The themes focused on “Clean India, Green India,” waste management, a plastic-free lifestyle, and youth participation in cleanliness drives. The posters reflected students’ creativity, imagination, and strong messages emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
