We are proud to highlight a major institutional achievement: Sona College of Technology has become the first academic institution in India to offer the “Applied Quantum Computing with Dynex” course, in partnership with DynexMoonshots, Europe. The course has received formal academic accreditation from Sona College of Technology, with HireMee serving as the official assessment partner.
Under the guidance of our Vice Chairman Mr. Chocko Valliappa and the leadership of our Principal, the initiative began with CSE and IT faculty participating in a “Train the Trainers” program in January 2025. Following this, our final-year students successfully completed a 12-week online course that included a capstone project and practical application.
The program offers:
- A sandbox-based digital learning ecosystem
- Multimedia-rich educational modules
- Real-world quantum use cases across AI, healthcare, sustainability, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Peer and mentor engagement
- Direct alignment with industry needs
Importantly, students who complete this course are now able to seamlessly transfer the earned credits into their academic curriculum, as part of our industry immersion program—a first-of-its-kind integration in quantum education at the undergraduate level.

This strategic alliance positions Sona as a national gateway for applied quantum education and workforce development, reflecting our commitment to delivering accessible, actionable, and industry-aligned learning experiences.
