Captivating rendition of traditional songs and dances by students at Arulmigu Sri Suhavaneswarar Swamy Temple
In view of the Maha Shivarathri Festival at Arulmigu Suhavaneswarar Swamy Temple a devotional music and dance programme was held on February 26, 2025.
Sonaria Music Club organized the above programme in which 1200 students from Sona Institutions and from other college and schools within Salem city and nearby districts participated with enthusiasm. The students performed continuously for 13 hours, from 4:30 p.m. on February 26 to 5:30 a.m. on February 27, delivering a mesmerizing rendition of traditional songs and dances while skillfully playing the veena and percussion instruments. Devotees and the general public thoroughly enjoyed their performances.
