TANCAM’s Design Hackathon for Women in Engineering

🎉 Fantastic news from our recent ‘Hackathon for Women in Engineering’! We’re thrilled to announce the winners of this groundbreaking event held on March 14th, 2024.

Organized by our institution in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing (TANCAM), under the auspices of the Government of Tamil Nadu, this event brought together over 240 teams and 700+ students from across Tamil Nadu. Their innovative ideas on ‘Conceptual Design and New Product Development for Sustainability’ truly impressed us all.

🎤 Keynote speakers Mr. Besson Federic, WW VP – CATIA Brand Sales, Dassault Systemes; Mr. Thyagu Valliappa, Vice Chairman, Sona Institutions; and Mr. V. Rama Krishnan, Sr. Regional Manager, IOB, added to the excitement, sharing their insights and experiences.
