The Department of Fashion Technology at Sona College of Technology, in collaboration with The Institution of Engineers (India), successfully organized a National Conference on “Cutting-Edge Fashion: Blending Innovation, Functionality, Sustainability, and AI Integration” on 17th and 18th October 2024. The event, conducted in hybrid mode, brought together experts and enthusiasts from across the country to discuss the latest advancements in fashion technology.
A total of 85 participants from various institutes actively took part in the conference, presenting technical papers on diverse topics related to the conference theme. The presentations highlighted innovations in fashion design, the integration of artificial intelligence, sustainable practices, and the functionality of modern fashion.
The conference provided a platform for knowledge exchange, fostering collaboration between academia and industry in the ever-evolving field of fashion technology.
