The first day of the NSS camp featured the “Community Survey” event and began with 102 volunteers gathered at Thalavaipatty Village. The day commenced with an inaugural session where the NSS Program Officer and other dignitaries addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of community service and teamwork. Volunteers were divided into teams to conduct a survey on the socio-economic conditions, education, sanitation, and healthcare facilities of the residents. After interacting with locals and documenting their responses, the day concluded with an interactive session that fostered team bonding and prepared participants for upcoming activities.
