Greetings from Sona College of Technology, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. The Department of Civil Engineering of the college in association with Institution of Engineers India – Salem Local Center and Argus Concrete Solutions, Chennai/USA are jointly organizing a two day virtual international webinar, “GEOCON-2021- Geopolymer Concrete and It’s Applications “on March 9 and 10, 2021.
The conference aims to throw knowledge on recent advances in Geo Polymer Concrete technology and includes a poster completion.

Organizing international and national level seminars with participation of world renowned experts is one of the key ways the institution provides exposure to the latest advances in engineering and technology.

Salem Local Centre, Institute of Engineers, India is active implementing on the ground, the objectives of body. It organizes seminars and workshops on current topics in engineering, technology and management. The centre organizes exposure visits to engineers and gives awards under various categories to practicing engineers.
Mr. C.Valliappa, Mr.Chocko Valliappa and Thyagu Valliappa are the chief patrons of the webinar.
