The NSS units of Sona College of Technology organized a Law Awareness Programme at Vattamuthampatty Village on 03.01.2026, the second day of the NSS Special Camp, in the afternoon session. Mr. M. Senthilkumar, B.A., B.L., Lawyer, Mecheri, addressed the gathering on fundamental rights, women and child protection laws, property rights, and legal aid services.
The interactive session helped villagers understand common legal issues and the significance of legal literacy in daily life. NSS volunteers coordinated the event effectively, ensuring active participation from the community. The programme promoted legal awareness among rural residents and reflected the NSS motto, “Not Me, But You.”
