The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Sona College of Technology, successfully organized a Two-Day Industrial Training Programme on Embedded Systems & IoT for faculty members and technicians on 16 & 17 December 2025 at the AI–IoT Lab, SonaECE Block.
The programme offered valuable hands-on exposure to industry-relevant platforms and tools, including:
Arduino
ESP32 with peripherals & IoT software demonstrations
STM32 microcontrollers
Raspberry Pi with peripheral interfacing
Participants gained practical experience in hardware interfacing, real-time programming, IoT connectivity, and system integration, strengthening their technical capabilities in emerging embedded and IoT applications. The sessions emphasized bridging theoretical concepts with real-world industrial practices through live demonstrations and interactive activities.
