The Seminar on Climate Awareness and Entrepreneurship Programme was organized by Tremors Club of Sona and nearly 107 students and 1 faculty participated in the seminar on 15.02.2023 from 3pm to 5 pm. The event was organized in CSE department GT hall and the resource person is Reuben C Kuruvilla, Managing Director, Tree Of Life Climate Solutions project, Angelstar Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Rifle Range, Naidupuram, Kodaikanal.
The main motto of the seminar is to motivate students to do society and environment related projects like creeper house, creeper building, climate awareness presentations to organizations, monitoring growth of plants, etc,… that helps them to earn while they are studying. He presented various issues faced by public due natural disasters where he highlighted Floods and Landslides, that happened in Bangalore and Kerela with Cyclone and Tornadors, Wildfires and Snowfall happened in Japan, Food crisis in Madagaskar due to drought.
