OC INSPECTION TO SONA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY
On March 20th, 2023, Sona College of Technology welcomed the new OC of 11 (TN) SIG COY NCC Salem, Lt. Col. Sooraj S Nair, for a visit to the campus. The college NCC cadets greeted him with a guard of honor, signaling the beginning of his visit. Following this formal welcome, Lt. Col. Nair engaged in a brief meeting with the principal to discuss matters pertinent to the NCC unit.
Subsequently, Lt. Col. Nair proceeded to inspect the facilities of the Sona College NCC, including the NCC room, store, and documentation. This thorough inspection aimed to ensure that the NCC unit was well-equipped and organized to carry out its activities efficiently.
Later in the day, Lt. Col. Nair addressed the cadets from Sona College and TPT College, delivering an inspiring and motivational talk. The session provided an opportunity for interaction between the cadets and the OC, as well as other PI staff members present. During the discussion, the Sona College cadets were commended for their participation in the Marina RDC Chennai, highlighting their dedication and commitment to NCC activities. The visit concluded with a group photo featuring all the cadets, PI staff, and OC of the unit, capturing the memorable moments of the day. Overall, it was a significant and auspicious occasion for all the cadets involved, reaffirming their enthusiasm and dedication to the NCC program.
