The NCC excursion on March 25th, 2023, entailed a trekking adventure that immersed cadets in the natural beauty and rugged terrain of Perumal Malai. The trek route traversed through diverse landscapes, including dense forests, gradual and steep ascents, undulating ground, mountain passes, and quaint villages.

Cadets embarked on a challenging journey covering approximately 35 to 40 kilometers on foot, experiencing the physical demands and mental resilience required for such an expedition. As they navigated through the dense forests and mountainous terrain, cadets encountered varying levels of difficulty, from gentle slopes to steep inclines and descents.

Exploring Perumal Malai provided cadets with a unique opportunity to connect with nature, appreciate its beauty, and immerse themselves in the serenity of the surroundings. The excursion not only tested their endurance and stamina but also fostered camaraderie and teamwork among the cadets as they supported and encouraged each other throughout the journey.

Overall, the NCC excursion to Perumal Malai offered cadets a memorable and enriching experience, allowing them to explore the wilderness, challenge their limits, and create lasting memories amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the region.
