Sona College of Tech NCC organised an informative and interactive session with the goal of promoting leadership qualities and competency among the National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets and gave a talk on “Tips for Success” at Sona College of Technology, Salem. More than 1000 Cadets of Army and Air Wing NCC attended the talk which was held at the Sri Valliappa Auditorium.
Commodore Atul Kumar Rastogi, Deputy Director General, NCC Dte (Tamil Nadu, Puduchery and Andaman Nicobar) was the event’s chief guest. The prospective cadets’ commitment to join the Armed Forces was strengthened by Commodore Atul Kumar Rastogi’s wealth of experience and knowledge.
During the interactive session, the Cadets expressed their keenness in joining the armed forces and clarified the doubts about how to clear SSB and become successful.
The inauguration of the event was presided over by the College Vice-Chairman Shri Thyagu Valliappa and Principal, Dr. S.R.R. Senthil Kumar, who also felicitated the Chief Guest Cmde AK Rastogi and Col Shiva Rao, Group Commander Coimbatore. During this memorable event, appreciation certificate was bestowed upon the best performers amongst the Cadets, PI Staff, ANOs and State NCC Staff. Our college ANO R.Shakthivel and cadet K.H.Rohinth also got appreciation certificate from DDG in this function.
