PLASTIC AWARENESS

The collaborative effort between the 12(TN) BN NCC and SONA NCC cadets to organize an awareness program on the negative consequences of plastic pollution is commendable. Events like these play a crucial role in educating communities about environmental issues and encouraging proactive solutions. The involvement of 14 cadets from Sona College of Technology as volunteers demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.  Their participation likely contributed significantly to the success of the event and helped raise awareness among villagers about the dangers of plastic pollution.

By increasing public understanding and shaping community perceptions on the issue, the event empowered individuals and organizations to take action towards reducing plastic usage and promoting sustainable practices. Initiatives like these are essential in fostering a sense of environmental responsibility and fostering positive change within communities. It’s inspiring to see young individuals actively participating in such initiatives, and their efforts undoubtedly made a meaningful impact on the people who attended the event. Hopefully, this awareness program will inspire further actions and initiatives to combat plastic pollution and promote environmental conservation in the region.
