Sona School of Business and Management had the Inauguration of 2023 Batch on 21 September 2023. It marks a momentous beginning with a welcoming speech by Dr.P.K Anjani, HoD ,MBA by insisting that this is the place where knowledge, ambition, and aspirations converge. She also said that it is a juncture where the echoes of the past meet the possibilities of the future.
The Dean Admissions and HoD, CSE of Sona College of Technology Dr. Sathyabama made an inspiring speech on how to make use of the campus and facilities.
Dr.S.R.R Semthil Kumar, Principal, Sona College of Technology felicitated the fresher saying, the Inauguration is a celebration of academic excellence, a tribute to the relentless pursuit of knowledge, as the institution’s doors swing open, students embark on a transformative journey, faculty members pledge their wisdom, and administrators envision a brighter tomorrow.It’s a day when the campus radiates with hope, a day when the torch of learning is passed to a new generation. Inaugurations symbolize the enduring commitment to education’s power to shape lives and change the world.He discussed about the Super specialization and about the Great success of chandrayan 3 in which Sona College played the incredible part.He also gave the insights about the Entrepreneurship and mentioned the prestigious moment of various awards like AICTE CII for consecutive 7 years, NIQR and the Rank 1 in NPTEL chapter.
Dr. Kadhar Navas, Principal, Sona College of Arts and Science, addressed the gathering on how a student can build themselves professionally and appreciated on the launch of Management in Bhagavad gita.
Vice Chairman, Sona Group of Institutions, Mr. Chocko Valliappa joined the inauguration virtually to inculcate the knowledge about the how today’s technology is grown, and how networking works and its important for the young minds.
Key note address was given My the Guest of Honour, Dr.Sujata Khandai, Professor-Marketing, Dy Dean Academics, Amity School of Business. She enlightened the knowledge and the Skills needed to accumulate for the bright career and a happy living. She concise on Heart skills, leadership manageable skills, entrepreneur skills and was sharing her own experience, Mr.Thyagu Valliappa, Vice Chairman, Sona Group of Institutions, gave a motivational speech on self-confidence with the phrase I can do. He said about the entrepreneurial opportunity and the incubation for MMSE’s.
The chief guest Mr. Sivakumar, Managing Partner, RV Industries, Chennai, delivered acuity about the 7 steps to be followed to build and achieve the goal. It was inspirational speech were students had many ideas to build the personal and professional life more effectively.
