On the fifth day of the special camp, in the forenoon session, we conducted an E- Learning programme for students in grades 6 through 9 at the government higher secondary school in Nalikalpatti. NSS volunteers teach school students computer skills such as how to create Gmail accounts and how to use MS office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. All of their doubts regarding e-learning were extinguished. We conducted SOS awareness for the villagers in the afternoon session. DSP of Salem Rural Mrs.S. Thaiyalnayake, IPS, educated the locals on women’s safety, cybercrime, and an emergency number to call.
