As part of its new initiative to combat soil-transmitted diseases, anemia, and iron deficiency, the State Health Department aims to provide deworming tablets to everyone, regardless of age. Children are dewormed in phases, and an adult deworming procedure will be followed as well, with pills distributed twice a year. Our NSS cell distributed 3,700 deworming tablets to all department staff and students via the Department Heads on April 27, 2022.
