For the remembrance of Inventor of Portland cement Joseph Aspdin, Department of Civil Engineering, Sona College of Technology, Salem and Indian Concrete Institute, Salem Centre jointly celebrated CEMENT DAY 2018 on 29th October 2018 in association with Ultratech Cements Ltd., Salem Region. In this occasion, Civil PG Students (Both Structural and Construction Management and Engineering) presented papers about various types of cements and its applications.
