The Department of Mechanical Engineering has organized a guest lecture on “BEYOND THE CLASSROOM, LIFE AFTER ENGINEERING” on 10.05.2024 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. for second-year Mechanical students. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Abimanyasudhan Thilagam Ramachandran, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Luminar Technologies Inc., Bangalore, Karnataka. He is an alumnus of the 2017 batch.
Our second-year mechanical engineering students actively and eagerly engaged in this guest lecture. The lecture was primarily intended to give our students invaluable knowledge to enhance their employment abilities. The resource person discussed several career opportunities available in mechanical engineering and also shared his job experiences with the students. With students actively engaged and having their queries answered, the lecture was both instructive and interactive.
