Adhirasam Event

ADHIRASAM EVENT was conducted for the students on 29, April 2022. The students selected from flameless cooking participated in this event. Executive Chef from Hotel Sivaraj was the judge and the theme given is traditional cooking.

FLAMELESS COOKING event conducted for the students on 24,April 2022, where totally 84 students in 21 teams participated and prepared lots of innovative dishes.  This even has been conducted as the initial round for the adhirasam event.Teachers Dr.Vadivu, Dr.Saradhalakshmi were the judges. They selected three teams based on the creativeness, aroma, heat, presentation, taste, uniqueness of the food.
