Sona College of Technology is pleased to invite the kids of our faculty members to participate in the CSI sponsored summer camp on Creative Programming – Scratch and Alice in conjunction with University of Texas, Dallas, USA .
Sona has been conducting several workshops in various programming languages. While our workshops & camps have been primarily geared towards college students, we wish to expand our workshops to cover school students in 2016!
We want the school students, to realise that learning to program can be enjoyable! We hope a lot of school students will become passionate about programming and select STEM fields for college degrees and careers. We want to expose them to Computer Programming earlier and enable them to make “informed” choices.
We want to strengthen the programming skills of students so that they can excel in their programming projects in their coursework and beyond.
