  • Department of Science and Technology (DST) and Sona College of Technology organized Millet based training Programmes and Mega Millet Festival 2023 at Pannapatti, Salem 0n 29.11.2023. This event is spotted on “Dhina Thanthi” and “Tamil Hindu” dated on 2nd December 2023 and in Dhinamani on 4.12.2023.
  • Dr. B. Sathiyabhama and team members has awarded a project under the Science for Equity Empowerment and Development (SEED) scheme to empower marginalized farmers, women, and unemployed youth in Omalur and Kadayampatti and it scripted in “The Indian Express” daily newspaper.
  • Dr. B.     Dr. B. Sathiyabhama, Dr.J.Dhayanithi and Ms.T.k.Reavthi (of team MAPATHON3845) is recognised as a WINNER in the IITB-ISRO-AICTE Mapathon, an initiative of the FOSSEE (Free/Libre and Open Source Software in Education) Project, IIT Bombay in association with ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) and AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). The Mapathon was held between 7 Dec. to 22 Dec. 2020.
