The Women Empowerment committee, conducted the workshop on “Simplified Yoga practices” founded by Shri Vethathiri Maharishi, the science of “ How your Habits define your Destiny”. The Objective of this workshop is to learn very simple and effective meditation practices which help you to maintain good health and acquire positive energy to attain what you aim at. The resource person is Mrs.Arulselvi,MA(Tamil),MA(YHE).After 28 years of experience in the Banking service, she took VRS and presently dedicated to motivate the youngsters.
