Civil Engineering students have taken initiative for VRIKSHA 2017-Tree Plantation Event” at Yrcaud in association with Yercaud Youth Welfare Association and Makkal Paadhai which is helded by SAghayam IAS. During this event, around 500 trees were planted in three places namely Alangara lake,Government hospital and Government school. While travelling around 500 seed balls were thrown along the sides of the road. Here are the newspaper cuttings of the event for your reference.
