It’s been hard for all of this year and it’s been getting harder for the people of Tamilnadu and Pondicherry and the surrounding areas. Cyclone Nivar was predicted to be just a storm but quickly evolved into a cyclone storm that hit the coastline of Tamilnadu and Pondicherry.
