There exists a village [Digital Village] in our planet and I call it as technology. Yes, technology is much more than what people think. It is a global village in which apple and blackberry are not just fruits; those two are smart devices which acts as a platform for knowledge sharing. Just got to read a text “life would be much easier if apple and blackberry were just fruits”, if those two were just fruits we would end up in eating it. Nothing much would have happened. Coming from a technological fraternity we must endorse the fact that the “modern technology changed the way our brain work”. The impact of the technology in our day to day life is fathomless; from ASCII-ing to ZIP-ing and the list goes on.

Despite the changing fact, I truly believe the greatest glory of technology is smart phones. From texting to video conference we use all sort of medium for connecting people. Eventually it became a mass group which certainly nourishes our lives with vast information. Technology is not restricted for educated people. Even an uneducated person can use any sort of technology using his/her mother tongue.

A couple of decades ago “the term technology was defined as a tool for survival” but that’s not a case now, technology has got a new shape. We are witnessing it in our day to day life in the form of travel technology which includes many processes such as dynamic packaging which provide useful new options for consumers. Today the tour guide can be a GPS, and the guidebook could be an audioguide, podguide or I-Tours. Nowadays, it is not exceptional to see cars on the road. Adding up there are a quite number of trains which can travel at a top speed of 431 km/h (268 mph).

Health technologies are intended to improve the quality of human life. From blood test to cancer cell detection and diagnosis technology plays a vital role in the area of medicine. An App (apple) keeps you away from hospital by enabling ourselves to monitor our health.
Technology is a weapon which can be either used to save or to destroy. It is our responsibility to make technology a safer and a better one. The gap between the technology and human race should not be merged into one.
