Reader’s club reboots after 10 months.

Book lovers of Sona College reconnected after a ten long months of lockdown at the new library building on February 18, 2021.

The top-of-the-line new library provided the apt ambience for a thought stimulating and fun filled session. As the club rebooted with the new normal, the first gathering was a refreshingly new experience said the students.

One of the main take-away in a Reader’s Club meeting is sharing and the students had quite a load of new reads to share – for the ten month long closure of the #college had given them the much sought after time and a free mental state that booklovers would cherish.

Discussions and sharing thus revolved around best book read and new releases that have caught the attention of readers in general.

“We benefited from peer recommendations and reviews. The sharing helped deepen understanding” said the participants.

Ajay Jorden, Aishwarya Shree and Saravana kumar of Mechatronics department led the session along with the club’s coordinators. The session ended with members charting the way forward during the new normal.
