Department of Fashion Technology organized an Alumni guest lecture on “Lean manufacturing & productivity improvement using IE techniques” on 25.02.2020 at MBA Conference Hall by Mr. P.Vijayakumar. Unit Head, Industrial Engineer, Meenakshi India Pvt Ltd to Third year Fashion Technology students.
The topics covered in the guest lecture are: Thread consumption calculation, SAM calculation, Operation Breakdown, Layout planning, Absenteeism control and 5S concept.
