Department of EEE, Edison association and IEEE students chapter organized a industrial guest lecture on “Inverterization of home appliances and overview of EV” by Mr. Ravikumar Rangasamy, Infineon Technologies, for EEE students on 13.3.2021 at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm Mechanical Seminar Hall. Students from third year actively attended the guest lecture and understood the significance of inverters in all the home appliances and their role in energy saving. At the end of the lecture Students are able to apply the knowledge obtained from courses like power electronics, Electrical machines etc., to the real time applications of electrical appliances.
