A three day technical workshop on Emerging Trends in Electronics has been organized for all the second year students through IETE students’ forum in collaboration with LIVEwire, Bengaluru during 30.07.18, 31.07.18 and 01.08.18.
Prof.R.Gayathri, Year Coordinator/II year ECE delivered the welcome address at the inaugural function on 30.07.18. Dr.R.S.Sabeenian, HoD/ECE delivered inaugural address and released the workshop material to the participants. He wished all the students to utilize the workshop effectively.
Mr.Chandrasekar , Business Executive, LIVEwire and his team handled both theory and practical sessions for the three days. The workshop elaborated the importance of Electronics Engineering Concepts with real Time Applications and advanced Software awareness. The resource persons explained how Matlab, OrCAD, VLSI work and their application in industries.
Prof.A.P.Jayakrishna, AP/ECE delivered the vote of thanks during the valedictory function on 01.08.18. The second year class counselors Prof.V.Meenakshi, Prof.D.P.Sangeetha and Prof.A.Sangeetha, have made the arrangements for the workshop.
