CARVE- 2020, An Inter college two days National Level Technical Symposium and one day pre workshop on 3D printing was organized by Association of Civil Engineering, Sona College of Technology from 24.05.2020 to 26.02.2020 in P.G. Auditorium.
3D printing workshop was organised with association of SA 3D solutions, Chennai. Students and faculties from various institutions are participating the workshop.
Mrs. Divya Divakar, Director, redine Enterprises pvt ltd & Executive Editor- Construction Philosophy magazine, cochin and Er.S. Sriram, Head Planning, L&T, Chennai are invited as Guest of Honor for this program. keynote address given on the topic of Construction Digitalization by Er.S. Sriram. Er. Divya Diwakar motivated the students and make aware about Civil Engineering discipline. Students from various institutions are interact with the speakers. Welcome address by Dr.R. Malathy, HoD of Civil Engineering Department, SCT. The presidential address by Dr.S.R.R.Senthilkumar, principal, Sona College of technology.
Mr. Rishinanthan, student chairman, addressing the details of carve -2020 to the gatherings. The students from various institutions are participating in technical and Non technical events. The cash prizes and certificate are distributed to students who were won and participated in the different activities for the CARVE-20. The vote of thanks was given by Ms. S.
