The Department of ECE organized a Alumni Webinar titled “Career Guidance for Competitive Exams” for the second year students. It was held on 24.04.2025 in Microprocessor Lab of ECE department. The session was handled by Ms. Pavithra Dhanapal, who is currently the Specialist Officer JMGS, Scale-I IT, UCO Bank. The resource person spoke on various competitive exam prerequisites, including exam preparation strategies, along with its role in today’s Government job sectors, along with some of the previous year statistics for the same. She shared information about the possible ways of improvising the students’ preparation methods and their associated approaches in helping students for the same, the various government jobs they can take up.
Overall, this guest lecture was a great event to enhance knowledge of the students in competitive exams and it’s preparation, related industry trends , and how it might prove useful to them in their career perspective.
