On 22.02.2018, Institution of Engineers (India) of Civil Engineering Department organized a lecture programme on “Habit at Me” at APJ Abdul Kalam Conference Hall in SCT, Salem. Dr. Ashwin Nithish, Founder, Breath Foundation, Coimbatore was invited as the chief guest of the day. The function started with the welcome address by RK Hareeprasaad, Chairman, IE(I), SCT. Following chief guest Dr. Ashwin Nithish addressed the gathering with a Tamil quote, showing his love towards the Tamil language and discussed about the evolution of each habits and the process of dividing it into good or bad and also the process of making the good habits to stay with us. He made the seminar more interesting by conducting some activities and making the results of the activities to be linked with our real life. He finally concluded with a short description of “Habit at Me” and thanking the organizers for their hospitality. Finally the time to appreciate his effort of changing each student’s perception towards habit, all organizers were in the dice to give away the memento.
