Sona SPEED (Sona Special Power Electronics and Electric Drives), Dept. of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Sona College of Technology, is Happy to be a part of the significant milestone of the Successful Autonomous landing of RLV (Reusable Launch Vehicle) LEX(Landing Experiment) mission by ISRO.
SONA 25kW quadruplex bldc motor is used in the Helicopter Hoist for lifting RLV to 4.5km altitude and releasing for Autonomous landing on the runway at Chitradurga.
