New initiatives :
- It is decided to conduct an online test for each subject through an Intranet application environment (test comprises of 30 questions with three different complexities).This initiative will help the students to know about their competency in that subject.
- Team of staff members will be involved in giving tutorials to difficult subjects and help students to solve problems. This initiative is taken to improve the problem solving capability of the students.
- Roles are assigned for every staff member and core areas are identified for the improvement of the departmental functionalities.
