Programme Educational Objectives

B.E. – ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

The graduates of B.E. - Electrical and Electronics Engineering program will,

PEO1: apply their knowledge and skills to provide solutions to electrical and electronics engineering problems in industry and governmental organizations or to enhance student learning in educational institutions.

PEO2: work as a team with a sense of ethics and professionalism and communicate effectively to manage cross-cultural and multidisciplinary teams.

PEO3: update their knowledge continuously through lifelong learning that contributes to personal, organizational, and societal growth.

M.E. – POWER SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

The graduates of M.E. – Power Systems Engineering program will,

PEO1: exhibit their broad knowledge, skills and resources to design, invent and develop novel technology and find creative and innovative solutions to power system engineering problems in a multidisciplinary work environment.

PEO2: be able to evolve new schemes based on literature survey, and propose solutions through appropriate research methodologies, techniques and tools, and also by designing, conducting experiments, and doing research activities in power system engineering.

PEO3: have technical expertise to remain globally competitive in the power system engineering field.
