Students should work together and bring in more innovations in the Information Technology sector, IBM Academic Initiative Country Manager Himanshu Goyal has said. Inaugurating the IBM Software Centre of Excellence at Sona College of Technology, he said students should try to think different and improve their creativity, which would help them emerge successful in their careers. IBM was ready to reach out to the students if they could create an innovative application, which could be retailed in the market in the future. IBM would help students become entrepreneurs and market the products, he said. Asking the students not to worry about the current trends in the IT industry, he said the situation would change and more opportunities would come up in the future. Students should utilise their time effectively to enhance their knowledge on various technologies. |
