Department of EEE organized a Guest Lecture on “Demand Side Management” by Mr.K.Paramesha, Deputy Director (Power Systems), Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) on 10th August 2015 at Main Building Seminar hall. He discussed about the Demand Side Management and the process of realizing it. The types, major impact areas and design practices for best distribution management practices in India were explained. He created interest in the students for doing research in the area of Demand Side Management in smart grid scenario. He interacted with the faculty members, UG & PG students and Ph.D scholars of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department.
