The objective of this workshop is to explore ways that Open source tool principles can be best applied to rapidly develop the web applications and providing higher quality care with improved access at substantially free cost. Joomla,Wordpress and PHP are the most popular open source technologies to emerge during the past decade. PHP is a powerful language for writing server-side Web applications. Joomla is the world’s most popular open source tools. Together, these technologies provide with a powerful platform for building database-driven Web applications.
