Department of Fashion Technology, Sona College of Technology, Salem, organised a one day Intra college student symposium “SONAFTA 2018” at the college campus on 20.08.18. Dr. S.R.R.Senthil Kumar, Principal, and Dr.M.Usha, Sr. Dean I &CE, Sona College of Technology, Salem, inaugurated the Symposium and FIYOS club.
One of the events of this SONAFTA 2018 is “Kids Couture” fashion show. In this event, 16 student teams have designed their dress on various themes in our department laboratory and the models of the fashion show are cute kids. Top three dress design was awarded with cash prize and certificates. The kids who act as models were given participation certificates and gifts.
