SONA BREEZE’18, a grand Interschool Techno and cultural fest celebrated by our SONA family on 16th Oct 2018. The day began on a very auspicious note with the invocation of god’s blessing followed by the official inauguration of the fest by our principal Dr.S.R.R. Senthil Kumar.
SONA BREEZE involves in the act of encouraging a large number of students in participating various technical and Cultural events. It provides the platform, to expose the hidden talents of the school students. The main motto of SONA BREEZE is to develop a sense of harmony among the school students.
The event was attended by 1850 students from 45 schools from Salem, Erode and Coimbatore. Events including Young Scientist, Young Innovator, Storytelling, Essay writing, Pattimandram, Mime, Photography, Dance, Skit, Quiz and Drawing were conducted and the top teams were awarded. The students who participated in the events felt that this gave them a new dimension in their cultural life. They said that this was a new experience that was different from their routine cultural competitions conducted in the schools.
This program was initiated under the guidance of faculty to imbibe entrepreneurial and managerial skills among SONA students.
